The first page displays a list of jobs which we have
performed for our demonstration customer. The display shows our job
number, a customer purchase order number, the job name, the date the job was
received and entered into our scheduling system, the date the customer
requested the job to be completed, the date the job was actually completed and
the name of the person who placed the order. By left clicking on the
Century job number a second page is displayed listing a brief description about
the job, and links to mailing, shipping and messenger activity which we
performed for the selected job. The Postage
Detail Display link shows the mailing activity listing quantity, date,
class of mail and postage spent. The UPS
Shipment History link first displays the shipping summary of those
packages which were sent through UPS, and by left clicking on the tracking
number details about the individual package shipment are displayed. To track
the shipment simply left click on the Track
Shipment link, and the tracking information available from UPS will be
displayed. Those packages/envelopes picked up or delivered by
Century’s own trucks and messengers can be viewed and tracked by left clicking
on the Trucking and Messenger Activity Display
link. By left clicking on the reference number, the details about an
individual pickup or delivery will be displayed. As you can see, we have some
noteworthy customers!
